Hi, I'm Harsh — a Senior Data Scientist at PayPal with over a decade of experience building analytics and experimentation solutions across financial services, technology, and consulting.

My work spans causal inference, A/B testing, growth measurement, and designing measurement frameworks that hold up under organizational scrutiny. Previously, I spent four years at Fractal Analytics building causal measurement systems for enterprise clients, and earlier advised 100+ C-level executives as a research analyst across global markets.

I've won multiple AI and data science hackathons, and have served as a judge at Stanford University and Cal State East Bay evaluating applied AI solutions. I live in San Jose, California, where I enjoy cold beverages, books, and cricket.
